Because we don’t have attorneys on staff, all documents we prepare for you must be drafted by you first (handwritten or typed) and then we can format appropriately. The law requires that we can not advise you on which forms to use, or what type of pleading you might need. But we can certainly polish your documents and even e-file them on your behalf (in Oregon) or by mail (in other states).
