As a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Oregon Association of Process Servers (OAPS), I take customer service and process service seriously. This means, you will always get full details of each serve attempt and that service will be fulfilled on or before the dates that are promised to you. We also promise to get your signed/notarized Certificate/Affidavit of Service to you within 24 hours of successful or final attempt.

Details for an attempted serve (emailed to you at the time of each attempt) include:

• Date/Time/GPS location
• Description and photos of the outside of the property (if residence).
• Photos of any vehicles parked in the driveway or directly in front of the residence.
• Full name and physical description of the individual we give the documents to, along with anything they tell us.
• Photos of any packages on the porch that might confirm the name(s) of individuals living at the address.
• Body cam footage may be available when requested for court proceedings.

Each option includes three attempts at one address, photos taken of each attempt, printing (up to 25 pages) and any notarial fees required for the Certificate of Service. If your matter is in Oregon, we can also file the Certificate of Service on your behalf.

If you don’t know where the person(s) live or work, we can certainly help you locate them. Typically, locating individuals is called a “skip-trace” when we are looking to serve them with legal documents. Our flat fee for pre-serve orders is $39. If you have an address that you believe is good and we confirm it is not, we do offer a free basic skip-trace on those orders.

Our service options and prices:

Routine Service (3 attempts at one address within 8 business days) – $115-130 (depending on county)

Rush Service (3 attempts at one address within 5 business days) – $160 – 175 (depending on county)

Same Day Rush Service (first attempt, same day and subsequent attempts within 3 business days) – $205 – 225  (depending on county)

Evictions (1 attempt at one address within 24 hours) – $98 – 155 (depending on county)

Additional entity at same address – 50% of the first service

Your project also includes:

• Free basic skip tracing on all bad addresses that we confirm after attempt(s)
• Free notarization and First Class USPS mailing of your Proof of Service (for out-of-state and Federal serves)
• Free e-filing of your Proof of Service (for Oregon Circuit Court cases)

Additional Fees

Printing of documents (first 25 pages are free) – 0.20 per page

Mileage  – 4.00 per mile
