I come to you. It’s that simple.
When are you available?
I’m available for mobile notary signings 7 days a week, evenings included. You’ll need to make an appointment with me ahead of time. I recommend at least 24-48 hours ahead of time, to ensure I can make it work for both of us.
How far will you travel?
I am willing to travel anywhere in Oregon, as long as the travel fees are paid. Anything outside of Portland Metro requires an additional $65 per travel hour from my location to yours and back.
How much does it cost?
By law, Oregon notaries are allowed to charge a travel fee in addition to all notarial act fees.
Notarial acts are set by the state at $10 each. A notarial act can be:
- A signature that is acknowledged, witnessed, or attested;
- An oath that is administered;
- A copy of a document that is certified.
So, for example, if you have one document with three signers that need to have their signatures acknowledged or witnessed, that would be three notarial acts.
Typical travel fees inside the Portland Metro area (Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties) start at $55 and go as high as $120 or more depending on the time of day and location.
Your total will depend on how many notarial acts, plus travel time.
The best way to confirm cost is to contact me via email, send over copies of the documents you want notarized (so I can ensure they meet specific standards) and let me know what date/time you were hoping to get the documents signed, as well as where you are located.
I am available to come to your home, office, hospital room, parking lot, or even correctional facility!
