We know that a company can make a huge difference to its community when it wants to. And we strive to do just that. Our approach is based on three pillars:
1. Community involvement,
2. Volunteerism, and
3. Corporate giving.
Our focus is on social justice and we support organizations that work to create a more socially equitable world — especially in the legal field.
In 2023, we made donations of time, money, and in-kind items to the following local organizations:

- Crag Law Center (Legal Aid for the Environment)
- IRCO Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization
- Voz Workers’ Rights Education Project
- Clackamas Workforce Partnership
- Clackamas Women’s Services
- The Insight Alliance (helps transform lives, post incarceration)
- Blanchet House and Farm
- Oregon Women Lawyers’ Annual Book Drive (for the women’s correctional facility)
