Job Description :: Operations Specialist
Position Overview
The Operations Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Operations Specialist will work closely with the owner to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and support the overall goals of the two organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, develop strategies for enhancing efficiency, and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Order supplies for the office, coordinating with owner to adhere to budget
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists and operating standards) to document how we work to ensure highest quality provided to clients
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors
- Onboard new subcontractors to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures
- Project Management: Help manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and the owner to ensure that all goals are met.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all operations meet the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including subcontractors, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor resource usage and make adjustments as necessary to meet organizational needs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards. Stay informed of industry best practices and legal requirements to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with owner to address and resolve operational issues that impact customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or a similar role. Proven track record of success in optimizing processes and driving operational improvements.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook) and various internet tools and social media sites.
Certifications: Current notary commission or willingness to obtain same.
Working Conditions
This position typically operates in an office environment, with occasional requirements to visit operational sites or external meetings.
Standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 to 5), with the possibility of extended hours during peak periods or to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities
As a professional process server, you will have the advantage of being a contractor while working within the support system and structure of a team. We will also train you!
As a Process Server, you will be directly responsible for the swift delivery of legal documents, all while maintaining and upholding Solid Serve Legal’s high customer service standards.
You will:
- Review incoming orders and addresses for delivery to determine best opportunities for successful delivery;
- Prepare your driving route utilizing a phone app or online as appropriate;
- Prepare your daily work schedule as it fits your needs;
- Maintain records using technology provided.
This opportunity is directed towards applicants who are looking to supplement their income, while maintaining the freedom and flexibility available at Solid Serve Legal. This is perfect for those who are retired or don’t need a full-time income.
Benefits
Pay: $20.00 – $200.00 per day
Flexible schedule; work variable hours — Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
